Mr. Rawhi Khalifeh established RSK Engineering in 1998. President/Owner Rawhi Khalifeh, PE graduated from University of Houston-Main campus in 1985 with a BS in Civil Engineering and is licensed in the State of Texas as Civil and Structural Engineer with certification from the Metro, Port of Houston Authority and Texas Department of Transportation. He has over 29 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Structural Engineering.

In that time, our firm has completed hundreds of projects. Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality buildings appropriate to their settings, while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of architectural services. From planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection and project construction management, we provide smart engineering solutions and quality, cost effective personal services for a reasonable fee.
